At MA Towels, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or washed towels and bathrobes
- Items damaged due to improper use
- Sale or clearance items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
